If, and in the event that purchasers expressly or impliedly cause representations, or statements or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruisemount®LLC in the event of any claim, demand, or legal action against Cruisemount®LLC by any purchaser. Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesperson of Cruisemount®LLC has any authority to make any statement contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary, Cruisemount®LLC disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written. Operating a motorcycle with any device that removes total control from the operator will expose the purchaser of this product to many dangers. Cruisemount®LLC shall NOT be held liable for any and all failures or damages caused by inappropriate use of Cruisemount®LLC products. By purchasing this product the purchaser assumes ALL responsibilities and liabilities. If you do not agree to these terms return the product immediately (prior to installation) for a full refund. |
