By purchasing any Cruisemount, LLC. product you are acknowledging that you understand that Cruisemount, LLC. and Cruisemount, LLC employees, suppliers, vendors, or representatives are not liable for any resulting damage, bodily injury, financial loss, or anything else resulting from purchase, installation, and use of any Cruisemount, LLC. products, regardless of any verbal agreement, understanding, representation or mis-representation, even if Cruisemount, LLC. knowingly or unknowingly causes damage, bodily injury, financial loss, or anything else resulting from purchase, installation, and use of any Cruisemount, LLC. products. Cruisemount, LLC. warranty only covers replacement of defective parts for one year from date of purchase. No labor or consequential damage or loss is covered. Defective parts must be returned to Cruisemount, LLC. prior to replacement and replacement will be at the sole discretion of Cruisemount, LLC.
