just had our second
request for a return in almost five years
. The first return the customer had just installed 16"
risers and decided not to change cables (idle) and lengthen wires
again. The second return the customer had every Kuryakyn accesory
available, including every
Kuryakyn light available and just could not make the cruise work
properly. So, here is our
policy.
Generally - NO RETURNS - However, we're reasonable folks. Every effort is made to ensure compability with your motorcycle. We have hundreds of kits installed and working great. However, we cannot gurantee our kits will work on your specific bike if you have changed any electrical equipment, including, but not limited to, tail lights, break lights, turn signals, radio equipment. Our "brake bulb simulator" has been shown to work with most LED installations, including simple LED replacement drop in 'bulbs', some Panacea brake lights, several unknown brake lights, and our own favorites, the Radiantz products from Custom Dynamics. (See our 'demo' bikes below.) But we haven't tried everything available. If for any reason you want to return any product you must contact us first. There will be a minimum 20% return charge of the original purchase price on any uninstalled product. Items installed may be subject to a larger return charge upon inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are never refunded. We will never pay any labor charges involved in the installation or removal of any product, regardless of the reason, even if the item is found to be un-compatible with your bike. or defective. |
