it's suppliers to manufacturer the best products available.
However, reliability, suitability, fitment for your specific
application, qualifications of installer, quality of installation,
proper use of Cruisemount, LLC. products, and other unknowns are all
factors beyond the control of Cruisemount, LLC. By purchasing any
Cruisemount, LLC. product you are acknowledging that you
understand that Cruisemount, LLC. and Cruisemount, LLC employees,
suppliers, vendors, or representatives are not liable for any resulting
damage, bodily injury, financial loss, or anything else resulting from
purchase, installation, and use of any Cruisemount, LLC. products,
regardless of any verbal agreement, understanding, representation or
mis-representation, even if Cruisemount, LLC. knowingly or unknowingly causes
damage, bodily
injury, financial loss, or anything else resulting from purchase,
installation, and use of any Cruisemount, LLC. products.
Cruisemount,
LLC. warranty only covers replacement of defective parts for one year
from date of purchase. No labor or consequential damage or loss
is covered. Defective parts must be returned to Cruisemount, LLC.
prior to replacement and replacement will be at the sole discretion of
Cruisemount, LLC. By
purchasing any Cruisemount, LLC. product you agree to these terms. |
All motorcycles
will require separate purchase of your choice of any Harley Davidson® passenger
footboard kits, or hex spacer
kit part # 49352-00, EXCEPT Softail
Deluxe® which does not require either.

carbureted Softails
require separate purchase of
"carburetor conversion kit" (for
stock Softail® Carburetor) sold below, or
"cruise compatible" carburetor.

All
motorcycles require separate purchase of the appropriate
Harley®
cruise control through your local dealer.

purchase of "LED brake light kit". |
